The bright living room has been furnished tastefully. An excellent place to unwind on the couch in front of the flat-screen TV after a long day. If the weather is nice, you can slide open the doors to the garden to let the sun in. With underfloor heating in every room, this apartment makes a wonderful base even in colder temperatures. The living room leads to the open kitchen, where you will find a combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine (filter, Nespresso).

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our cozy holiday home by the coast! The living room, located on the beach side, offers a comfortable double sofa where you can relax, two separate armchairs, a coffee table, and a TV. The mix of urban chic and country style creates a cozy and modern atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine, and kettle. Here you can cook extensively and enjoy delicious meals. Opposite the kitchen is a dining table with a bench and three separate chairs, perfect for dining, having drinks, or playing a game.
The first bedroom on the harbor side has a box spring (160x200cm) with single mattresses, bedside tables, a hanging/wardrobe, and a TV. The second bedroom on the beach side has a similar box spring, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. From the bedrooms, you step directly onto the adjoining balcony; during warm days/nights, you can leave the door open for a fresh breeze from the Oosterschelde.
The bathroom has a shower, sink with basin, open storage space, and a large mirror. There is also a separate toilet.
With two balconies totaling 34 m², you can enjoy the outdoors on both the south and north sides. The south-facing balcony has a garden set with four chairs and views over the harbor, while the north-facing balcony has a coffee table with two chairs offering a beautiful view over the Oosterschelde.
For the little ones, there is a foldable baby bed (60x120cm) and a high chair available. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. In the separate storage room downstairs, you can store bicycles and charge electric bikes. There is also a washer/dryer combination available, so you can do your laundry during your holiday. This special area consists of a unique ecosystem of mudflats, salt marshes, and tidal flats. It is a great place for walking, cycling, bird watching, and even seeing seals. Looking for something more active? Nearby you can also sail, windsurf, and kitesurf.
Sint-Annaland has a rich history, which is reflected in the historical mills. The mill of Sint-Annaland, dating from the 18th century, is one of the highlights. The mills are open to visitors and offer a beautiful view of the surroundings. For culture lovers, there is the Regional Museum De Meestoof. This museum, located in the former town hall, gives a good picture of the rich history of the village and the region.

The holiday park is part of Landgoed Bergvliet, a beautiful and spacious recreational area in the Oosterhoutse bossen near Breda, consisting of an 18-hole golf course, various restaurants, a grand café, a central building and the largest, most luxurious wellness complex, Spa One, from the South of The Netherlands. From your villa you can walk or cycle straight into the woods. The Burgundian city of Breda, downtown of the year 2017-2019, is a 15-minute drive away.
A quick bite to eat, a nice drink, an intimate dinner or a barbecue is all possible in one of the 2 restaurants at Landgoed Bergvliet, with a high-quality, yet affordable kitchen. This unique villa, approximately 133 m² in size, has two floors and reaches over 6 meters in height. It accommodates up to 8 people and features 4 bedrooms, each with two box-spring beds placed together. Each bedroom comes with a luxurious en-suite bathroom and private toilet. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the other two are on the first floor, accessible via stairs.
The spacious living room with its glass sliding door provides ample natural light and an immersive connection to nature. The cozy open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences. From the living room, you can access the partially covered terrace, which, thanks to its playful design, almost appears to float. Landgoed Bergvliet is Brabant at its best! Away from the highway, in the middle of typical Brabant nature with its vast forests, heaths and sand drifts. Hidden between the farmlands of the Vrachelse Heide and the Oosterhoutse bossen. An area where golfers, mountain bikers, hikers, cyclists, horseback riders and nature lovers are completely in their element.
Via the Vrachelse Heide you enter the Open Linie landscape park, a varied area where rolling forests, heaths, sandy plains, fens and farmland alternate. Do you really want to feel completely at home with nature? Then take a beautiful forest ride on horseback from one of the riding schools in the area.
You are also surrounded by the special nature reserve National Park De Loonse and Drunense Duinen, which are ideal for walks or cycling trips and these parks are a paradise for mountain bikers and horse riders. There are numerous restaurants around the national park. The public walking is forbidden on the golf course. You can take a walk around the golf course.
And north of Landgoed Bergvliet lies De Biesbosch National Park, this is the largest freshwater tidal area in Europe. This area is not only a valuable nature area, but also an adventurous recreational area where you can walk, cycle or sail endlessly. And what about a trip to the Efteling theme park and De Beekse Bergen zoo, both half an hour's drive from Landgoed Bergvliet.

Breakfast is served in the Landgoed Bergvliet restaurant between 8:30 AM and 11 AM, prior reservation is required.
You can bring your own BBQ if it is an electric BBQ, a coal or gas BBQ is not allowed.
For electric cars there are 2 charging points at the public parking lot. There are 4 more in the park itself. For a fee it is possible to charge the electric cars with a charge card.
It is forbidden to charge electric cars at the accommodations!

• There are no special ladies- or swimwear days. Both men and woman are welcome unclothed on all days.
• Children are welcome from the age of 14, under supervision of an adult.
• Spa One only has a day- and evening rate and no hourly rate. (Entrance does not include handtowels and bathrobe).

Bergvliet Villa's has tightened the house rules to ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay. This is considered necessary in order to profile the park as a high-quality resort and to distinguish it as such.
We would also like to point out that upon arrival, you are requested to pay a key deposit that asks your attention to treat the villa, the interior and the terrace with respect, so that the following guests can also be offered the same quality.
House rules tightened up:
* For the group accommodations (8 - 12 persons) minimum age of the main booker is 25 years. Bergvliet Villa’s reserves the right not to hand over the key upon check-in or to charge a higher deposit, at the discretion of the reception. If you fall under this, your reservation will be cancelled free of charge. For normal bookings minimum age is 21. Families with children are allowed.
* Evening quiet at the park is appreciated and nuisance is actively prevented.
* Parties and gatherings are not allowed.
* Guests are requested to be indoors after 22:00 and noise pollution will not be tolerated.
* Upon arrival, all guests are requested to register personal details with telephone numbers.
* Additional guests visiting a villa are not allowed.
Key deposit:
At check in, a deposit is charged of an amount depending on the type of villa. You pay the deposit at the reception, this can be by pin or credit card. For stays longer than 14 nights, the deposit cannot be reserved on a credit card. If, after inspection, the accommodation has been left correctly and without damage, you will receive the deposit refunded or paid after check out. If the villa is not left in accordance with the conditions, we are forced to deduct the additional costs arising from this from your deposit.
At check in you will receive the guidelines with points for attention for leaving your villa tidy.
